Abstract
The combination of aspermia and obstructive azoospermia in the same inferti le man is a rather rare entity. In the case reported here, all diagnostic c riteria as well as subsequent recovery following two operations are compati ble with an inflammatory origin. In such cases assisted reproduction should be recommended. However, in this case, an early spontaneous pregnancy rend ered this unnecessary.
