Miles, Lovas, and Cohen first described hemimaxillofacial dysplasia in
two patients in 1987. This disorder consists of facial asymmetry, fac
ial hypertrichosis, unilateral maxillary hyperplasia, and hypoplastic
teeth. We report two additional cases with similar findings.
