re more deleterious during the pregnancy because of the gravide uterus, of
the abdominal injuries binding more often, and of pregnancy secondary mater
nal physiology wich lead to delay diagnosis and therapeutics. Blunt fetomat
ernal consequences are ruled by pelvic haematomas, uterine rupture, prematu

oved and not reduced, bringing to a surgical unsymetrical pelvis. In the ot
hers cases, the obstetrical prognosies will be done after a dialogue with a
ll medical staff and a full synthesis of the file based on the fetopelvic c
omparaisons (obstetrics previous, clinic, fetal biometry: pelvimetry X ray)
