Abstract
Few reports have suggested that nulliparous young patients with endometrial cancer may be treated conservatively to preserve fertility. We present a y oung nulliparous woman with a well differentiated adenocarcinoma of the end ometrium treated with progestins. Since she did not respond, a definite ope ration was performed revealing involvement of the uterine isthmus, thus nec essitating adjuvant radiotherapy. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
