Abstract
It is noted that the second item in Eq. (12) [J. Acoust. Sec. Am. 87, 1894 (1990)] could not be ignored at low frequencies. Meanwhile, a pre cise solution for Eq. (1) without overflow problems is proposed at hig h frequencies. (C) 1997 Acoustical Society of America.
