Abstract
The compartment syndrome is a common complication in the traumatology of the lower limb, In vascular surgery it is observed following emerge ncy revascularisation, It is a rare condition as an initial symptom of a peripheral clotted aneurysm, By means of a case with a complicated popliteal aneurysm the differential diagnosis of the non-traumatologic compartment syndrome is discussed.
