Abstract
Diffuse Reflectance Infrared Fourier Transform Spectroscopy (DRIFTS) p rovides a method for high throughout on-bead monitoring of solid phase reactions. DRIFTS spectra can be acquired with a few milligrams of re sin sample and sample preparation is not required. Analysis time is sh ort and an automated DRIFTS accessory is commercially available.
