Abstract
A patient with a history of coronary artery bypass graft surgery underwent computed tomography scanning for evaluation of a lung mass. A heterogeneous mediastinal mass discovered incidentally on computed tomography scanning w as shown to be a saphenous vein bypass graft aneurysm.
