Electrical resistivity and Hall effect have been studied in the Heusler-typ
e Kondo alloys GeIn(CuxAg1-x)(2) with systematic concentration of x = 1, 0.
97, 0.9, 0.75, 0.5, 0.15, and 0. The system changes from antiferromagnetic
for x = 0 to heavy Fermion Kondo state for x = 1. This result reflects the
competition of RKKY interaction and Kondo effect. From these studies E-F, n
(E-F), and \J\ (Fermi energy, density of state at E-F, and c-f exchange int
eraction, respectively) are independently estimated for the whole x accordi
ng to the Coqblin-Schrieffer model. From these results the discussions base
d on Doniach's Kondo-necklace model are given. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.
