Abstract
We studied the polaronic contribution to the optical conductivity of three (Ca, Sr, Nd)CuO2 "infinite layer" compounds. In the most conducting film th e binding energy and the product of the mass and the radius of the polaron are lower than in the more insulating samples, consistently with the metall ization process.
