Utilizing O-17 and Ru-101 NMR we probe the Ru 4d(xy) and 4d(yz,zx) orbitals
separately in the anomalous normal state of Sr2RuO4 and find orbital depen
dent (S not equal 1) behavior. From the Ru-101 and O-17 nuclear spin-lattic
e relaxation rates (17,101)1/T-1 we demonstrate that it is the ferromagneti
c component of the spin fluctuations that grows with decreasing temperature
