Abstract
We succeeded in growing high-quality single crystals of CeRu2 and URu2Si2 a nd observed the de Haas-van Alphen (dHvA) oscillations in both the normal a nd superconducting mixed states. The dHvA frequency does not change in magn itude between the normal and superconducting mixed states, while the cyclot ron mass is reduced, and the corresponding Dingle temperature or the scatte ring rate of the conduction electron increases in the mixed state.
