Abstract
A new clone of M-HeLa cells - the M-HeLa/1522 cells with constant over expression of TGF-alpha was obtained via transfection of M-HeLa cells with retroviral vector 1522. The influence of produced TGF-alpha on M- HeLa cells proliferation and properties of ligand-receptor were invest igated. It was shown that isolated recombinant TGF-alpha specifically binds to EGF-receptor and stimulates its autophosphorylation.
