Abstract
A collisional radiative model for both H and H-2 species coupled with a tim e-dependent Boltzmann equation is used to show structures in the electron e nergy distribution function in the post discharge regime. These structures are due to collisions of the second kind between cold electrons and vibrati onally and electronically excited H* and H-2* species. [S1063-651X(99)09203 -X].
