Abstract
We present an exact analytical solution to a master equation describing the quantum evolution of two Bose-Einstein condensates with both dissipation a nd many-body collision inclusive, and investigate the effects of both dissi pation and collision on the interference between the two Bose-Einstein cond ensates.
