Abstract
We report a case of Miller-Fisher syndrome with ophthalmoplegia, ataxia and areflexia. The main characteristics of this case were bilateral optic neur opathy and ponto-mesencephalic abnormalities on MRI. This case confirms the possible central neurologic localisation in this rare syndrome.
