INFLUENCE OF THE SAMPLE VOLUME AND THE POSITION OF THE ELECTRODE AND THE CAPILLARY-END IN THE SAMPLE VIAL ON THE ELECTROKINETIC INJECTION IN CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS
T. Deboer et K. Ensing, INFLUENCE OF THE SAMPLE VOLUME AND THE POSITION OF THE ELECTRODE AND THE CAPILLARY-END IN THE SAMPLE VIAL ON THE ELECTROKINETIC INJECTION IN CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS, Journal of chromatography, 788(1-2), 1997, pp. 212-217
The influence of the positions of the electrode and the capillary-end
and volume in the sample vials on the electrokinetically injected amou
nt of the analytes in capillary electrophoresis was studied. The influ
ence may be reduced by using a more or less fixed position of the elec
trode and the capillary. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
