Abstract
The case of an infant with Sandifer syndrome is reported. Real-time ul trasonography showed delayed gastric emptying time, which returned to normal when the patient was asymptomatic. The importance of gastric mo tility investigations in Sandifer syndrome is stressed since delayed g astric emptying could play a role in the pathogenesis of this disease.
