Abstract
The authors report a retrospective series of 45 cases of blunt renal t rauma from a total of 685 cases of blunt abdominal trauma observed bet ween 1989-1993. This multicentre trial was designed to illustrate the severity of this type of trauma and to place it in the context of road accidents in Tunisia.
