Abstract
Dependence of fluorescence quenching in model donor-acceptor pairs on the degree of their binding with the active surface sites and the effe ct of orientational phase transfer of the surface OH groups on the ads orbate fluorescence properties in heterogeneous systems based on pyrog enic silica are revealed using the regularization method.
