Abstract
Chronic granulocytic leukemia in a 59-year-old man with ankylosing spo ndylitis and ulcerative colitis is described. Ankylosing spondylitis w as confirmed at age 28 years and ulcerative colitis at age 49 years. E tiologic considerations and a brief review of the literature are prese nted.
