Abstract
The experimental room-temperature transmission of metalorganic vapour phase epitaxy grown InAsSb epilayers is compared with calculations bas ed on a Kane model of the band structure. The band structure parameter s are found. The composition of the samples was determined by X-ray di ffraction. PACS numbers: 71.20.-b, 78.20.-e, 78.30.-j.
