F. Carrasco et al., INFLUENCE OF THE PROCESS VARIABLES IN THE FLOTATION DEINKING OF HIGH-QUALITY RECOVERED PAPERS, Afinidad, 54(468), 1997, pp. 129-134
The study of the optimum operating conditions of a deinking system by
flotation in the laboratory is the preliminary stage to the starting.
In this work, several experiments have taken place in order to analyze
the influence of the variation of shaking speed and consistency durin
g the desintegration as well as the rate of air flow applied during th
e flotation. The whiteness improve obtained with the increase of the s
hear force in the desintegration phases is directly related with the i
nk particle diameter obtained and with the increase in the number of i
nk particles. The combination of shaking speed with the desintegration
consistency and the air flow increase applied during the flotation, i
mprove the efficiency of the deinking process.
