Abstract
Liquid-liquid equilibrium data for the system water-aniline-2-propanol , water-aniline- 1-propanol, water-aniline-ethanol are obtained at 25 degrees C. The distribution coefficients and selectivity were calculat ed from these results and are also reported. The experimental tie line s have been determined and were compared with the values calculated by the UNIQUAC and NRTL model. The UNIQUAC and NRTL binary interaction p arameters for the systems are reported.
