RECONSTRUCTION OF SUMMER AIR-TEMPERATURE IN THE EASTERN TAIMYR OVER THE LAST 840 YEARS

An 840-year reconstruction of average June-July air-temperature deviat ions was performed using tree-ring chronology of dahurian larch (Larix dahurica). Amplitudes and durations of long-lasting warm and cold per iods in Taimyr were analyzed. Reconstructions of summer temperatures i n the Taimyr Peninsula and the Polar Urals proved to be in good agreem ent with the previously reported data on summer temperature dynamics i n the northern Hemisphere.
