Abstract
Kinetics of particle deposition on the filament wire during High Gradi ent Magnetic Separation (HGMS) depends on the transport of particles t o the wire and on the attachment of particles on wire. It has been sho wn that for fine clay suspension transport processes are rate controll ing at a reasonably high magnetic field 10.9 KG.
