Abstract
We present experimental results showing that the irradiation of a dope d short-period GaAs/AlAs superlattice leads to a reduction of the cond uctance either due to rectification (for fields at frequencies below 1 THz) or due to dynamical localization of the miniband electrons (for fields above 1 THz).
