Abstract
We describe (i) a parametrized single-band model that mimics the full- band Gamma-valley non-parabolicity, (ii) a method for calculating the semi-classical and quantum electron charge with the sp3s band-structur e model, and (iii) a Schottky contact model compatible with any locali zed orbital band-structure model.
