We report on the experimental observation and theoretical interpretati
on of new features due to the nonequilibrium and two-component nature
of the hole gas in semiconductor plasma. In the near-infrafed quasi-el
astic light scattering spectra of p-GaAs samples we have observed well
defined low-frequency acoustic plasma oscillation peaks.
