Abstract
We found a 45,XX, - 22 karyotype as the sole chromosome change in a fi brothecoma of a 67-year-old woman. These cytogenetic findings are disc ussed in the light of relevant cytogenetic and pathology literature da ta on ovarian sex cord tumors. (C) Elsevier Science Inc., 1997.
