Abstract
The rocking-curves oi transmitted and diffracted beams for GaAs 200 re flection in the symmetric Laue case were measured near the Ga K-absorp tion edge, using X-rays from synchrotron ratiation. The changes in the transmitted rocking curves become conspicuous as compared with those of the diffracted curves near the edge, which is used for determining anomalous scattering factors of Ga by a profile fitting method.
