Abstract
We report on a 28 year old woman with congenital ventricle-septum defe ct and Eisenmenger-reaction who developed acute GvHD on 10(th) postope rative day after successful heart-lung transplantation. The patient di ed on the 34(th) postoperative day of dissociated brain death after in tracerebral bleeding.
