igations have shed light on the potential benefits of such procedures.
Clinical studies have demonstrated the usefulness of limited wrist fu
sion for the treatment of numerous conditions involving the wrist. Sig
nificant complications are associated with many of these fusions and s
hould be considered before performing these procedures.
