Abstract
The regio- and enantiomeric excess analyses of (S)-half esters resulti ng from enzymatic (lipase, esterase) hydrolyses of chiral dimethyl suc cinates, were accurately determined from H,C COLOC experiments and H-2 NMR in liquid crystal (PBLG, CH2Cl2). (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
