Orthotopic lower urinary tract reconstruction has become the procedure of choice in selected male and female patients at our institution fol lowing cystectomy with excellent functional results. A natural extensi on of the orthotopic neobladder is undiversion to the intact native ur ethra in patients who had previously undergone cystectomy and cutaneou s urinary diversion. Undiversion has been successfully performed in se lected male patients; however, to our knowledge, undiversion has not b een reported in women, Herein, we present the Ist case of undiversion in a female patient who had undergone prior cystectomy and cutaneous u rinary diversion.
