APPLICATION OF ELECTROSEPARATION METHODS IN BETA-AGONIST DRUGS CHARACTERIZATION

The possibility of using electroseparation methods with UV/Vis detecti on in the study of some beta-agonist drugs has been investigated. Clen buterol, Salbutamol and Terbutaline were separated and quantitatively analyzed in various drugs. The influence of several parameters, such a s pH, temperature, surfactants, column type and electrical values were studied. The electroseparation methods have shown good reproducibilit y, accuracy and short analysis time with a small sample preparation an d low reagent consumption.
