Abstract
The Cambridge clip was used to sterilise 98 women at laparoscopy. All 98 were interviewed at 12 months and 97 at 24 months. No pregnancies h ad occurred in 2500 months of follow up (months adjusted for no sexual activity). None of the symptoms reported differed from the expected f requency for the population studied.
