Abstract
This case presents a woman with a fetus having a large hydrocephalus a nd other lethal malformations. The problem was how to avoid an unneces sary cesarean section at delivery because of the breech position of th e baby, The solution was prenatal ultrasonographic-guided cephalocente sis after which a vaginal delivery could take place without any compli cations for the mother.
