Abstract
A young patient with congestive heart failure had pathological finding s of myocarditis super-imposed on the substrate of a non-arrhythmogeni c form of right ventricular dysplasia. The only clinical findings sugg estive of right ventricular dysplasia were T-wave inversions on the ri ght precordial leads.
