Abstract
The authors report the diagnosis and successful management of a 57-yea r-old man with right ventricular outflow tract obstruction from a larg e pseudoaneurysm of the left anterior descending coronary artery 5 yea rs after he had undergone redo coronary artery bypass grafting.
