La. Filshtinskii et D. Bardzokas, AVERAGING THE ELECTRICAL-PROPERTIES OF FIBER-REINFORCED METAL COMPOSITES WITH HOLLOW FIBERS, Mechanics of composite materials, 33(3), 1997, pp. 269-274
We consider the problem of determining the effective electrical conduc
tivity tensor of a metal composite with ideal (biperiodic) packing of
the fibers. We assume that the transverse cross sections of the fiber
are concentric circular rings and have identical electrical conductivi
ty. We look for a solution in the form of a series in Weierstrassian e
lliptic functions with subsequent averaging of the electrical properti
es of the structure.
