Abstract
Through the advantages conferred in the speed of synthesis, combinator ial chemistry is making a significant impact on the process of drug di scovery. The mix-and-split paradigm has been an effective method for t he production of compound mixtures, although there is now a need for n ew, fast library approaches to generate well-characterised single comp ounds. Having already demonstrated the successful preparation and appl ication of library mixtures, we have now developed a novel combinatori al method for the production of single compounds.
