Abstract
In this note, Laura Bradford looks at three proposals to return to con sideration of fault to the divorce process. Bradford examines the hist ory and effects of the no-fault revolution and concludes that these ne w proposals will not encourage increased moral behavior in marriage, w ill make the divorce process more difficult for women and children, an d at the extreme may be unconstitutional.
