Abstract
New phosphoramidite reagent 7 suitable for incorporation of dC analogu e was synthesized. ODNs containing diazaphenoxazinone residues in defi ned positions were prepared. The stability of duplexes formed was incr eased up to 3-5 degrees C per modified base. Preliminary results of mo lecular biological testing were reported.
