Abstract
Patulin concentration was not significantly different in Bramley and C ox's apples inoculated with Penicillium expansum, and treated with the biocontrol enhancer 2-deoxy-D-glucose (DOG) when compared to no DOG t reatment, despite average numerical increases. Some additional small H PLC peaks were detected from some extracts, one of which corresponded to citrinin.
