Abstract
In this case, we describe the clinical and echocardiographic features of an unusual complication, the rupture of a DeVega tricuspid annulopl asty. Transtheracic and transesophageal echocardiographic examinations established the diagnosis, and the patient underwent successful surgi cal treatment. (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
