Abstract
This pilot study evaluates the effects of quinapril, an angiotensin-co nverting enzyme inhibitor with high tissue-binding affinity, on microv ascular endothelial function in patients with mild (<40% narrowing) co ronary artery disease and epicardial endothelial dysfunction. Patients randomized to quinapril had a trend suggesting an increase in endothe lium-dependent coronary blood flow response.
