Abstract
In a retrospective analysis of patients referred for atrioventricular node radiofrequency ablation, male gender and a history of hypertensio n were found to be predictors of crossover to a left ventricular appro ach for success. This subgroup of patients may benefit from early cros sover if initial attempts at right-sided ablation fail.
