Abstract
A principle of operation and the main technical characteristics of a m iniature combined alpha-proton-X-ray spectrometric setup for determina tion of the contents of chemical elements in samples are described. Th e spectrum of a radioisotope source and the spectra of various samples obtained with the aid of this setup are presented.
