The knowledge gap between the information rich and the information poo
r workers in a high tech industry generates economic gap, job gap, soc
ial and cultural gap and value gap. One way of bridging these gaps is
by developing humanware - the retraining program - making it accessibl
e to all workers, and thus retaining them. The present paper proposes
a worker's cell system in groups of 4 to 6 workers in a family of mutu
